How we build your plan
Starting points (non-medical, wellness use):
Hydroxy mHBOT: 1–2×/week on non-consecutive days for 2–4 weeks, then review energy/sleep and maintain at 1–2×/week.
OneHype sHBOT: begin 1×/week to assess response; progress to 1–2×/week in short 3–4 week blocks for specific goals, then taper.
Smart stacking: Pair oxygen with Red Light (NovoTHOR) for cellular energy, Body Ballancer for circulation/lymph, or Infrared Sauna for gentle detox—building momentum without overwhelming your system.
Safety & sensible precautions
Most people feel fine immediately after sessions. A minority notice ear/sinus pressure, tiredness/light-headedness, or a mild headache later that day. Tell us if you’re congested (equalising matters). If you’re diabetic, bring a snack and monitor glucose. If you’re pregnant, recently had surgery, or have lung/ear conditions, please speak with your clinician first.

Is OneHype “better” than Hydroxy?
Neither is universally better. Hydroxy is brilliant for steady, sustainable gains; OneHype is ideal when you need a deeper push.
Can I have a busy day after a session?
Usually yes. If it’s your first time, keep the rest of the day moderate and hydrate well. We’ll adjust pressure/time based on how you feel.
How many sessions will I need?
Most clients feel benefits within 4–8 sessions. We review and tailor frequency so you don’t overdo it.
Can I combine oxygen with other therapies?
Yes—oxygen + Red Light, Body Ballancer, or Infrared Sauna is a great combo.
