Membership Terms & Conditions Effective from 1st January 2025

1. Membership Term

1.1 Initial Term Your membership begins on the start date agreed upon and will remain active for a minimum term of 3 or 12 months, depending on the option selected.

1.2 Automatic Renewal After the initial term, your membership will automatically continue on a rolling monthly basis unless you provide written notice to cancel, with 30 days' notice.

2. Membership Fees

2.1 Monthly Payments Membership fees are payable monthly in advance via Direct Debit or credit/debit card on the same date each month.

2.2 Price Adjustments Revive reserves the right to review and amend membership pricing. A minimum of 60 days' notice will be provided in writing before any change takes effect.

3. Cancellations, Freezes & Refunds

3.1 Cancellation During Term Early cancellation is not permitted during the initial 3 or 12-month term, except in exceptional circumstances such as serious illness, injury, or relocation (25+ miles from the nearest Revive location). Evidence may be requested, and Revive reserves the right to charge the remaining term as a single payment if cancellation occurs without valid cause.

3.2 Cancellation After Initial Term You may cancel any time after the initial term with 30 days' written notice.

3.3 Freezes & Suspensions 12-month members may freeze their membership for 1-3 months by providing 30 days' notice in writing. Freezes are permitted once per membership year unless otherwise agreed.

3.4 Refunds

  • No refunds are given for unused membership credits.

  • 12-month memberships include credit rollover, allowing unused credits to carry over for a maximum of 90 days.

    • For example, unused credits from January will expire at the end of April, and unused credits from February will expire at the end of May.

  • After this period, any unused credits will be removed from your account.

  • Pack treatments (non-membership) have no expiry date and may be transferred to another person with written notice.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for a minimum of 6 months from the purchase date.

4. Booking & Usage

4.1 Booking Treatments Members must book all sessions in advance via the Revive website, app, or by phone.

4.2 Late Cancellations & No-Shows - Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice (or 4 hours for members) will result in the session being deducted from your account. - No-shows are treated as late cancellations and are not refundable. - Rescheduling is allowed free of charge up to 4 hours before your appointment. After this time, changes are at the discretion of Revive management.

4.3 Membership Inclusions Your membership provides access to a specific range of therapies and benefits based on your chosen tier (Club, Silver, Gold, or Platinum).

Revive reserves the right to adjust membership inclusions as services evolve. Changes will always be reflected on the membership page and communicated to members where appropriate.

5. Member Responsibilities & Conduct

5.1 Code of Conduct You agree to treat staff and other clients respectfully. Any abuse, misuse of facilities, or malicious booking activity may result in immediate suspension or termination.

5.2 Health Declaration By signing up, you confirm you are fit to receive the treatments provided at Revive. A waiver may be required to identify potential contraindications. You must notify staff of any changes to your health. Participation is at your own risk.

6. Liability

6.1 Assumption of Risk You acknowledge and accept that all treatments are undertaken voluntarily and at your own risk.

6.2 Limitation of Liability Revive and its staff shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property arising from use of the premises or participation in services, except where caused by proven negligence.

7. Payment Failure & Debt Recovery

7.1 Missed Payments Missed or late payments may result in suspension or termination of membership. A £40 late payment fee may be charged.

7.2 Debt Recovery If payments are more than 60 days overdue, your account may be passed to a debt collection agency. You are liable for any additional charges this incurs.

8. Data Protection & Communications

8.1 Your Data
Revive collects and processes your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. Data is used solely to manage your membership and appointments.

8.2 Marketing Preferences
You may opt in to receive marketing updates during registration. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link or notifying the team.

9. Termination by Revive
Revive reserves the right to terminate a membership with immediate effect if a member: - Breaches these terms - Engages in threatening, unsafe, or unlawful conduct - Repeatedly no-shows or misuses the booking system

10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
