Revive Wellness Centre - Sales & Refund Policy Effective from 1st January 2025

1. Types of Purchases

We offer:

  • One-off bookings and therapy packs

  • Credit-based memberships

  • Special events and wellness days

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment (4 hours for members) to receive account credit.

  • No-shows or late cancellations will not be refunded.

  • Memberships and credits are non-refundable once the term begins, but 12-month memberships allow credit rollover.

3. Pack Flexibility

Unused therapies purchased in packs:

  • Do not expire

  • May be transferred to another named individual

  • Are non-refundable once used

4. Payments Accepted

We accept: - All major credit/debit cards (including Amex) - Apple Pay and Google Pay via the app

5. Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for 6 months minimum and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

6. Booking Changes

Sessions may be rescheduled up to 4 hours in advance. Changes within 4 hours are only permitted at the discretion of senior management.
