What Is the Nordic Cycle?
The Nordic Cycle follows a simple rhythm:
Heat up – open your pores, relax your muscles, and raise your core temperature.
Cool down – reset circulation, reduce inflammation, and trigger endorphins.
Rest & repeat – let your body rebalance, your mind settle, and your breathing slow.
Traditionally, this would mean time in a sauna, followed by a plunge into icy water or snow. The result?
Improved circulation, detoxification, and a natural “reset” of your nervous system.
We’ve reimagined it in a way that’s far more approachable — a sequence of Infrared Sauna and Cryotherapy, with a guided rhythm that leaves you refreshed, not overwhelmed.

Our Nordic Cycle isn’t extreme. It’s intelligent.
You’ll spend 15 minutes in the Infrared Sauna, then move into Cryotherapy at -60’ for 2 minutes — a short, controlled exposure that cools the skin safely while your body’s core stays warm.
You’ll repeat this twice more.
The whole experience takes around 60 minutes and leaves you feeling grounded, clear-headed, and energised.
