Personalised Firefly
Light Therapy
Targeted light therapy, guided by a consultation with Angela
Firefly is a non-invasive, multi-spectrum light therapy service using blue, red and near-infrared light.
At Revive, every Firefly journey begins with a consultation. Angela takes time to understand your concerns, goals and overall wellbeing before creating a personalised protocol focused on the areas you would most like to support.
Your first appointment includes a 10-minute introductory Firefly treatment.
Firefly is a complementary wellness service. It is not used to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease, and it should not replace medical advice or treatment.
Who is firefly for?
People often explore Firefly when they are experiencing several different concerns and are unsure where to begin.
You may be looking for support with:
General pain, stiffness or physical discomfort
Nerve-related discomfort or sensitivity
Joint, muscle or soft-tissue recovery
Circulation and tissue wellbeing
Inflammation and slower recovery
Gut-brain wellbeing
Brain fog or fatigue
Nervous system overload
Recovery following physical stress, injury or illness
A more personalised approach to light therapy
Individual responses vary, and Firefly may not be suitable for everyone. Angela will review this with you during your consultation..
Step 1: Consultation and introductory treatment
Your first appointment is a one-to-one Firefly consultation with Angela.
This includes:
A review of your main concerns and goals
Relevant health and safety screening
An explanation of how Firefly works
A 10-minute introductory Firefly treatment
A discussion about the most appropriate next step
When is the F-Scan included?
The F-Scan is only included when a client is seeking support relating to pathogens.
It measures frequency patterns that Angela may use as one source of guidance when creating the Firefly protocol.
The F-Scan is not a medical or diagnostic scan. It cannot diagnose, confirm or rule out a pathogen, infection or health condition, and it does not replace medical testing.
Step 2: Your personalised protocol
Following the consultation, Angela creates a personalised Firefly protocol.
This considers:
Your main areas of concern
Your individual goals
Your sensitivity and initial response
The areas of the body being supported
Whether an F-Scan was relevant to your consultation
Step 3: Your course of sessions
Firefly is normally recommended as a short course rather than as a one-off treatment.
You can purchase a pack of:
4 sessions
8 sessions
12 sessions
16 sessions
20 sessions
Angela will recommend an appropriate starting point based on your goals and response.
-
Firefly uses blue, red and near-infrared wavelengths in a targeted light therapy session.
These forms of light are commonly used within photobiomodulation and wellness settings to support:
Cellular energy and function
Comfort and mobility
Circulation
Tissue wellbeing
The body’s natural recovery processes
General resilience and wellbeing
Firefly does not promise a specific outcome. Some clients notice changes quickly, while others explore it as part of a longer recovery or wellbeing plan.
-
Firefly is gentle and non-invasive.
During the session, Angela or a trained member of the team applies the light to the agreed area using handheld Firefly wands.
Most clients feel little or no sensation, although some notice mild warmth. Protective eyewear is worn throughout the treatment.
The session gives you time to relax while the light is applied according to your personalised protocol.
